crew clean up - Masti Area

I think it's time that all unactive and worthless crew members should be demotted because I'm tired of being the only GFX Member doing their job.
Also staff that break the rules ( flaming in shoutbox ) should be dissaplinned in some way.

**EDIT**: I also would like to add about staff and members harassing | GaDgEt |, I think it needs to stop. I've talked to GaDgEt and he said he won't do anything to cause problems.
And he is tired of people flaming him every time he gets on.
ANOTHER THING I WANNA ADD IS STAFF ABUSING POWERS, IT NEEDS TO STOP.

i agree..

the part about gadget: i have always kept my eye on him and he rarely does anything, people just start harassing him and i keep telling him to keep cool but he cant take it anymore, and i dont blame him because of all the harassment he gets from other members.

i have seen staff members flame in the shoutbox(not goin to say names) and they have been punished, but someone else on the staff has fixed there punishment(lifted it)...I dont think staff shouldnt have to be able to follow the rules, they are members of this site and should have to follow the rules as does everyone.

i agree i havent been here for very long but i just saw gadget being harrased all the time, he doesnt do anything wrong.

for the gfx part, i havent been on here for very long but you and gadget are the only ones that seem to be posting gfx things

damn straight zach thanks for bringing this up and thanks for the support everyone these people who do this make me look bad and yeah i havent been saying anything because ive just ben TRYING to hold it in and it gets hard everytime i open my mouth about this i get banned all ive been told to do is ignore them and you cant ignore someone if there talking shit about ya its impossible thanks i hope everyone will get to understand me and know me better=)
